Ingredients
Angel hair pasta 12ounce box
1 red bell pepper thin sliced
1 green bell pepper thin sliced
1 carrot peeled and thin sliced
3 medium sized onion thin sliced
3 small green chilies chopped(opional, can substitute 1/4 tsp ground black pepper)
1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into half inch pieces
salt to taste
garlic finely crushed
oil 1/3 cup
soy sauce 2tbsp
1 can sliced chestnut drained
Preparation
- Boil water and cook spaghetti as instructed on the box.
- Marinade chicken with garlic, green chilies or black pepper and salt. Leave it on the side.
- Deep fry onion till it turns golden brown, take them out of oil and leave it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Now in remaining oil fry onion until it changes color, then add chestnut and fry for 1 minute, add the bell peppers and carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Now add soysauce and fried onion and mix it all well.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken and mix it well until all of it gets well incorporated.
