Ingredients

1 lb flank steak

1/2 cup chopped basil

1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp peanut oil

1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp soy sauce

juice of 1/2 lime

Preparation

Slice flank steak thinly across the grain into bite-sized pieces. Mix basil with beef. Cook garlic in peanut oil until slightly brown. Add beef-basil mixture and red-pepper flakes, and cook for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and lime juice. Serve
