Ingredients
1 lb Lo mein noodles
2 tbsp canola oil
2 garlic cloves minced
3 large chicken breasts cut in strips
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sambal
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
Scallions
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook lo mein noodles and place to the side. Pour sesame oil over the top to keep from sticking. In wok place canola oil. Add garlic cook for 30 seconds and add cut up chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes. In a container mix together sambal, peanut butter, soy sauce, and chicken stock.
Add noodles and mixture to the wok. Cook for 2 minutes.
Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
