Ingredients

1 clove, smashed garlic

1/2 pound beef sliced 1/2"

1 TBS dry sherry

1 TBS soy sauce

2 TBs cornstarch

2 TBS oil

1 pkg snow peas

2 TBS soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Heat oil in wok. Stir fry garlic. Then add beef and stir fry. Remove. Heat 2 TBs oil and stir fry snow peas for 1 minute, then add beef. sprinkle with additional soy sauce and sugar and stir fry one more minute. serve over rice.
