Ingredients

6 Brioche Rolls

1/3 Pumpkin Seed Oil

4-6oz Stilton Cheese crumbled

3 pears thin wedges

1/2C toasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.Cut rounded tops off rolls, then slice in half horizontally. Brush insides of rolls with pumpkin seed oil. Placed brushed side up on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown 7-10 minutes. While still warm place cheese, pears on toasted rolls.

  1. Arrange rolls ona serving tray. Top with pumpkin seeds and remaining oil.
