Ingredients

1 rack of pork spare ribs (3-5 lbs)

1 tsp each garlic powder, accent & pepper

3 tbs brown sugar

1 can cond tomato soup

1 small onion chopped

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup Carolina Treet

1/4 cup cider vinegar

2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

2 tbs brown sugar

dash of cinnamon & nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 Combine garlic powder, accent, pepper and brown sugar in a small bowl Rub the seasoning mix over both sides of the ribs Cover a 15×9 inch baking sheet with aluminum foil Place ribs bone side down on pan and bake 30 minutes Combine all sauce ingredients in large bowl Spread half of sauce mix over ribs Continue to bake ribs 45 minutes Spread remainder of sauce over ribs Bake additional 45 minutes
