Ingredients

12 thin slices of pancetta

12 small-sized pork sausages

freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons mustard

2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400. Tightly wrap a pancetta slice around each sausage and place in a lightly oiled roasting pan.Season with pepper and place in the oven for 20 minutes, gently turning the sausages during cooking so that they color evenly. Mix the mustard and honey togther and add to the pan with the sausages. Turn the sausages to coat them in the mixture and return to the oven for 7 minutes or until they are sticky and well colored. Serve hot or warm.
