Ingredients

7-oz block feta cheese

1 lemon (juice from 1/2 and zest)

salt

20 Medjool dates, sliced& pitted

2/3 c walnut halves

ground black pepper

fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Cut feta into 40 small cubes into medium bowl. Add lemon zest and juice. toss lightly, season w salt. let stand 30 min, stir occasionally. PLace 1 feta cube in each date half, wedge walnut in, season with pepper and garnish w mint leaf.
