Ingredients

2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips

1 c. apricot all fruit jam

1 c. Catalina salad dressing

1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Saute’ chicken strips in nonstick frying pan until lightly browned. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bring to boil; turn down heat to low. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Great over rice.
