Ingredients

Pork Chops

S & P

1/4 c shallots, finely diced

1/2 c chicken broth

1/4 c balsamic vinegar (try fig or pom)

1/4 tsp thyme

1 tbs butter

Preparation

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper and saute in pan until done. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add all other ingredients except butter in pan cook 5 mins and remove from heat.
  3. Add butter and stir. Servce over chops.
