Ingredients
Pork Chops
S & P
1/4 c shallots, finely diced
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c balsamic vinegar (try fig or pom)
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tbs butter
Preparation
- Season chops with salt and pepper and saute in pan until done. Remove and set aside.
- Add all other ingredients except butter in pan cook 5 mins and remove from heat.
- Add butter and stir. Servce over chops.
