Ingredients
4 One inch thick top sirloin steaks
lots of finely diced garlic
one cup soya sauce
4 tablespoons of Montreal Steak Spice (or similar with tons of garlic and herb - Mrs. Dash works well too!)
A touch of finely grated ginger
(marinade)
half cup of butter mixed with one tablespoon of steak spice
(basting)
Preparation
marinade above ingredients a minimum of 2 hours. Best results, put them in a large sealed container overnight.
Preheat your BBQ grill. When its ready, slap those babies on!
Sear both sides of steaks and then brush with your garlic/butter baste during the final stages of cooking.
Its a very simple recipe, but YUM!
