Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta(shells, rotini, penne, etc)
4 strips bacon
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 lb. hamburger
14 oz. can tomato sauce
14 oz. can chopped tomato
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbs. soy sauce
Preparation
cook bacon 2 min.,chop, and return to skillet.
saute garlic, onion, pepper and italian seasoning until onion softens, 5+ mins.
add hamburger, cook 5 mins.
add tomatos, sauce, chicken broth and soy sauce, and pasta.
cover and cook 15 mins. or until pasta is done.
