**** Dry Rub


1/4c. brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. kosher salt

1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper.

2 1/2 lbs. spare or baby back ribs

Favorite flavor Sweet Baby Rays Barbeque Sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl. Make sure to remove membrane from back side of ribs. Apply dry rub liberally to ribs, then wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hours @ 300 with no sauce. Apply sauce while grilling for 5 - 7 minutes.
