Broccoli. Use veggies that are uniform in texture
Preparation
Place 1 pound of mixed vegetables cut uniformly into a glass bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water with one teaspoon of baking soda into bowl. Cover with Saran wrap and cook in Microwave for 4 minutes. Pour out water, add salt and pepper, olive oil and sprinkle with par-mason cheese and serve
