Ingredients
1 lb sausage
1 can water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb mushrooms fine chop
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 T sugar
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T sherry
1 1/2 t sesame oil
1 t ground ginger
1 pk egg roll skins
Preparation
Brown sausage, add next 9 ingredients and saute till cooked. Add water to cornstarch until dissolved and add to mixture. Cut egg roll skins with round cookie cutter. Place Tablespoon of mixture in middle of skins, wet sides and fold like a diaper. Steam in steamer for 5 min.
