Ingredients

2 whole chicken legs

Old Fashioned Mustard Whole Grain

10 medium / small red skin amandine potatoe

200 gr non fat cottage cheese

2 finely chopped green onions

salt and pepper seasoning

Preparation

Put mustard under the chicken skin all over the leg , then place the meat and the potatoes in a steamer for 40 minutes .

In a bowl mix the cottage cheese and the finely chopped green onions , season it whith salt and pepper !

Once it’s cooked just place one leg and some potatoe in a nice plate with some cottage cheese sauce on the side !
