Ingredients

8 Lobsters (Best 1.5 Lbs)

Fresh water

Sea Salt

Preparation

Find a pot large enough to fit all the lobsters. Pour about 1 inch of water into it, then add a handful of sea salt. Taste the water, it should be pleasantly salty like a day at the beach. Bring to a boil.

Drop lobsters into the steaming water (with or w/o bands). Cover with a tight fitting lid and steam for 12-14 minutes.

Remove from the pot and when they are cool enough to handle remove the meat from the tail,claws & knuckles.
