Ingredients
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 summer squash
3 zucchini
4 sweet peppers, sliced
1 Spanish onion, rings
1/2 Cup lite-salt barbeque sauce
Aluminum foil
Preparation
combine all ingredients and place in single-serving aluminum foil packets (leaving a small opening on top), place on high rack of grill to steam for approx. 15-20 minutes then remove and place directly on grill for just a minute or two. Can be served with rice or a fresh salad (and it’s also good cold!)
