Ingredients

1 Egg

1/2 C Sugar

2 tsp Melted Butter

3-1/2 Tbsp Cocoa

1/2 C Milk

1 C All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Hard Butter Sauce:

1 Egg

1 C Confectioner’s Sugar

2 Tbsp Melted Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Hard Butter Sauce: Beat 1 egg with mixer 8 minutes. Add remaining Sauce ingredients and mix till fully incorporated. Chill 1-2 hours.

Mix all pudding ingredients , and place in greased and floured Steamed Pudding mold. Steam 2 hours in a double boiler

Slightly cool pudding and remove from mold. Serve 3/4 inch thick semi-circular slices, topped with hard butter sauce
