Ingredients

2 Whole Fish ( Snapper)

1 Onion (Medium)

1 Tomato

1 Sweet Pepper

1 Glove Garlic

1 Scoth Bonnett Pepper

1 tsp salt (optional)

20g Hard Salted Margin

1 Cup Chicken Broth

1/2 tsp msg (seasoning salt)

1/2 tsp black pepper

6 Okras (Optional)

7 Water Crackers (Optional)

Preparation

Season Fish with salt, black pepper. chop: tomato,onion and sweet pepper and garlic. Heat Pan, melt margarine, add onion,tomato,sweet pepper. saute until onion is cooked add chicken broth,whole pepper, msg. Let mixture simmer for 5 minutes add fish and okras. reduce heat. When fish is almost cooked add crackers if needed.
