Ingredients
2 Oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
3 tsp Horseradish sauce
2 Fillet or other steak
Preparation
Cream together cheese and horseradish until well mixed. Set aside.
Grill steaks as desired. Top steaks with cheese mixture and cook until it starts to soften.
