Ingredients

2 lbs of steak tips

Marinade:

1 cup Italian dressing

1/2 cups Teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Chili sauce

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Sauce:

1/2 cup sherry

Preparation

  1. Combine the steak and the marinade ingredients in a plastic ziptop bag. Marinade for at least 2 hours.
  2. Remove the steak from the bag and pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Add the sherry to it. Boil gently.
  3. Broil or grill the steak.
  4. Serve the steak with the sauce in a bowl on the side.
