Ingredients
2 lb flank steak
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Seal with steak in ziplock bag.
