Ingredients

1-1 1/2#’s top round or top sirloin

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 mayo

1/2 teas. dijon mustard

juice from half a lemon

1 heaping tbl. pickle relish

big pinch of sugar

salt and pepper

Preparation

Fry the steak in a hot pan with a little oil. Mix all other ingredients and poor over the steak. Stir to mix in well. Pour this mixture on a bed of chopped lettuce with diced sweet onion, a couple of hard boiled eggs that have been sliced and cherry or grape tomatoes.
