Ingredients
1.75 Flank Steak
1/2 C Beef Boullion
1/2 C Red Wine
1/3 C chopped green onion
2 T Brown Sugar
1.5 Season Salt
1/3 C soy sauce
1 clove garlic
3 T lemon juice
Preparation
Cut the steak almost thru across the grain. Marinade overnite. Grill over heat that a hand held over at grill level can remain for only 2 to 3 seconds. Close lid, cook, turning once on both sides, 5 to 6 minutes TOTAL.
