Ingredients
1 large russet potato, skin on, cleaned
2 tbsp of olive oil
Generous pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 tbsp of Old Bay seasoning
Finely chopped flat leave parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 with baking sheet in the oven.
Cut potato into 8 wedges.
Add wedges to a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and Old Bay
Remove the baking pan from the oven and add the wedges to the pan.
Sprinkle more Old Bay over the top of the fries if desired.
Bake for 45 minutes until fries are crispy on the outside and golden brown.
