Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter

1 tsp anchovy paste

2 tsp worcheshire sauce

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp blk pepper

2 cloves garlic chopped

splash of olive oil

Preparation

let you butter soften then add all ingredients and whip until everything is combined. Place in wax paper and form a log by rolling. Put butter (still in wax paper) in the freezer. When your steak is hot off the grill, place a slightly soften pad of butter on you steak.
