Ingredients
2 small flank steaks
one large bowl fresh spinach
1 cup green onions (chopped)
2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
bacon (finely chopped)
2 cups raspberry vinaigrette dressing (homemade or bottled)
olive oil
Preparation
Cook steak to suit. While steak is resting, cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan, chop into small pieces. Saute mushrooms and onions until heated. Toss spinach, mushrooms, onions, and bacon to create salad, top with sliced steak. Add raspberry vinaigrette.
