Ingredients
2 lbs Stew Meat (Pre-Cut)
1 bag of Salad Shrimp
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Lemon Juice
Beef Tenderizer and/or Seasoning
Romaine Lettuce
Spanish Lettuce
Creamy Caesar Dressing
Preparation
Season and marinade stew meat with the Worcestershire, soy, and beef tenderizer. Let sit over the course of an afternoon to gather full flavor.
Marindade shrimp in Worcestershire and Soy seperate from stew meat for the same amount of time as the meat.
Brown stew meat and drain excess juices, place in a bowl and chill for 15-30 minutes.
Heat shrimp with a little lemon juice or to taste, cook for 10-15 minutes, Drain any excess juices and chill for 15-30 minutes.
Arrange the salad and evenly distribute steak and shrimp throughout the salad. Top off with Creamy Caesar Dressing and Croutons and Enjoy!!!
