Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat

1-2 onions, quartered

1 can English peas

1 c. chopped celery

2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 c. water

3-4 potatoes, cubed

2 c. chopped carrots

1 can tomato soup

Salt & Pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and place in large casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 250* for 5 hours.
