Ingredients
2 Large Idaho Potatoes
4 Tablesopoons olive oil
Commercially prepared stake seasoning, to taste
Preparation
Slice Potatoes length wise about 3/16 of an inch. Lay these slices out on a platter to brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the stake seasoning. Turn and prepare both sides. Grill over medium heat with the cover down until browned. Turn and brown the remaining side. I like to serve them warn with a side of tomato ketsup.
