Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of berries
2 1/2 cups water
1 package of suregel
2 cups of sugar
cloth sack
Preparation
- Take berries off of stems. Boil water. Turn off heat. Soak berries in cloth sac for 10 minutes. Ring out sack in pan used for boiling.
- Add suregel, bring to boil. Add stir in sugar and bring to rolling boil. Stir for 1 more mintue
- Skim off extra suregel. Pour into jars. Cap 1/2 hour later.
