Ingredients
NGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups finely crushed thin pretzel sticks
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Zest of 2 limes
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp Curevo Gold tequila
2 Tbsp Gran Mariner
1-1/2 cups whipped heavy cream, divided use
*Thinly sliced limes for garnish
Preparation
Combine the crushed pretzels, sugar, and butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture into buttered 9-inch pie dish. Chill for at least 1 hour.
In a clean bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, condensed milk, tequila, and Triple Sec.
Gently fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream. Pour into cold pie crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup of whipped cream, and thin lime slices (twisted)
