Ingredients
1-1/2 parts Vodka
1/2 part St. Germain
1/2 lime, juiced
Rock ice
Tonic water
1/4" to 1/2" lime zest/peel
Preparation
Fill 12 oz. glass with rock ice (I prefer low walled tumblers). Add 1/2 part St. Germain, then 1-1/2 parts Vodka. Juice 1/2 lime over rocks and slowly top with tonic water. With stir stick make ONE figure 8 in the glass to mix gently. (This allows the St. Germain to infuse the cocktail with it’s unique flavor whilst allowing most of it to rest on the bottom of the glass. Your last sip will be amazing.)
Garnish with lime zest and serve.
