Ingredients

Squash:1

Cumin: 1+1/2 teaspoon

Fenugreek seeds: 1/4 teaspoon

Red chillies: 2 whole broken into pieces

Garlic 5-6, sliced

Asofetida: 1/4 teaspoon

Amchur: 1+1/2 teaspoon(Dried mango powder)

Salt

Preparation

Bake and cook the squash, then peel the skin and mash it. In the pan put about 2 tablespoons of oil, then add sliced garlic,asofetida,cumin,fenugreekseeds and red chillies. Finally add the mashed squash and then sprinkle the amchur powder and salt.
