Ingredients

1 1/2 cups squash (I use fresh)

2 3/4 cups milk (can or blend)

2 eggs, slightly beaten

2/3 cup sugar

1/8 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Prepare pie shell, pour in the above ingredients after you have combined in blender. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes. I use hot oven for 6-10 minutes, then reduce to 350 bake until knife comes clean when inserted for test.
