Ingredients
1 package Stove Top Dressing
2 cups summer squash
1 cup carrots
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
Prepare dressing as directed. Put 1/2 of dressing on bottom of casserole dish. Dice squash and saute with 2 cup shredded carrot. Spread vegetables over dressing. Mix together. Heat sour cream and soup. Pour over vegetables and put rest of dressing on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
