Ingredients

1 lb. cubed squash

3 medium red bell peppers, diced

2 medium yellow onions, diced

1 cup diced canned tomatoes, drained

1/2 tsp sage

1/2 tsp thyme

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp basil

1 tsp grated orange peel

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

4 cups reduced sodium chicken stock

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp lemon juice

2 T. reduced sodium Ranch dressing

Preparation

  1. Saute onions in olive oil.
