Ingredients

1/2 lb Unsalted Butter (softened)

3/4 Cups Sugar

2 Large Egg Yolks

1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla

3/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract

2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour

Preparation

Beat first two ingredients on medium until fluffy. Add and beat the next 4 ingredients until well combined Sift flour over the top and stir until well blended and smooth. Let the dough cool (30 to 40 min) until slightly stiff. Pre-heat oven to 350. Bake until slightly brown around the edges (9 to 12 minutes)
