cups torn curly endive

cup thinly sliced radishes

tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

tablespoon apple juice

teaspoons honey

teaspoon olive oil

teaspoon white wine vinegar

teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently.

In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake until well blended. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to mix.
