Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp beau monde
1 16-20 oz frozen peas thawed
1 cup chopped celery
6 green onions sliced
1 cup spanish peanuts
8 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Pour over remaining ingredients except bacon and mix gently to avoid crushing peas. Crumble bacon over the top.
