Ingredients
4 medium size bananas
1/2 cup of crushed pecans
1/4-3/4 cup of Splenda Brown sugar blend
1 Tablespoon of low fat margarine
dash of cinammon,nutmeg, and allspice
Preparation
Slice the bananas on the bias about 1/4 inch thick. Heat a pan (I use an iron skillet) with margarine until it’s melted and not brown. add the sugar and spices. Toss the bananas in this mixture until heated through. Adjust the seasonings, and sugar. Top Vanilla Soy ice cream or frozen yogurt and crushed pecans.
