Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) pkg frozen spinach, defrosted and drained

1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix

½ lb bacon bits, cooked and crumbled

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 pkg. flour tortillas

Preparation

Drain water from spinach. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Spread each tortilla with 3-4 tablespoons of spinach mixture; roll each tortilla and secure the end. Slice into 1" slices on an angle.
