Ingredients

5 cups chicken broth

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

9 oz frozen cheese tortellini

2 cups coarsely chopped spinach

Preparation

Heat the broth, garlic powder and pepper in a 3 quart saucepan over high heat to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the tortellini. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the spinach. Cook for 5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender but still firm.
