Ingredients
2 pkgs of frozen, chopped spinach
10 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp of baking powder
1 cup milk
1 small onion, minced
Preparation
Thaw, drain and dry the spinach. In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, baking powder and beat until blended. Add spinach, cheese and onions and beat on low until mixed well. Spray a 9x13 glass baking pan with non-stick spray. Add mixture to pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
