Ingredients
6 oz (about 6cups) baby spinach
1 cup thickly sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 sm onion
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dressing:
2 tablespoons basalmic vinager
2 tablespoons rice vinager
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
mix dressing in with spinich. Add friut and nuts and onions.
