Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds spinach

1 clove garlic

3/4 cup salad oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper

3 hard cooked eggs chopped

4 slices bacon, fried crisp

Preparation

1 wash and dry and break spinach 2 saute garlic in oil 3 just before serving mix oil vinegar, salt, pepper in a large bowl 4 add spinach and toss 5 sprinkle with eggs and bacon
