Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds spinach

1 clove garlic

3/4 cup salad oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

dash of pepper

3 hard boiled eggs chopped

4 slices bacon fried crisp

Preparation

Wash and dry and break spinach

Saute garlic in oil

Just before serving mix oil vinegar, salt pepper in large bowl.

Add spinach and toss.

Sprinkle with eggs and bacon and serve.
