Ingredients

2 Bunches of Spinach

1/2 Lb Fresh Bean Sprouts

5 oz. can sliced Water Chestnuts

8 slices crisp, cooked bacon, crumbled

Dressing - Make 24 hours in advance:

Less than 2/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Red Garlic Wine Vinegar

1/2 Med Yellow Onion (Finely Grated)

1/3 Cup Catsup

2/3 Cup Salad Oil

Dash of Salt

Preparation

Shake dressing well several times over 24 hours period. Pour just before serving.
