Ingredients

Salad:

1 pound fresh spinach

3/4 cup drained bean sprouts

1 cup water chestnuts, sliced

1 small onion sliced into thin rings

2 to 4 hard boiled eggs

1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:

1/2 cup salad oil

1/2 cup sugar

!/4 cup catsup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Mix salad ingredients in bowl large enough to toss thoroughly. Heat all dressing ingredients until sugar melts. DON’T BOIL. Pour over salad and toss.
